The HXGN15-12 series fixed-spacing ring main switchgear (hereinafter referred to as semi-insulated ring main switchgear) is suitable for three-phase AC power supply systems with a rated voltage of 12kV, dual-power radial power supply systems, and single-power distribution systems. It is used for control and protection of transformers, capacitors, cable lines, and overhead lines, and can also serve as the high-voltage distribution part of box-type substations. It is the main high-voltage complete switchgear for the urban power grid renovation in China. 

Product Features:

1. The enclosures of this series are made of aluminum-zinc-coated steel or high-quality galvanized steel. They are processed and formed by CNC machines, assembled with high-strength threaded rivets, and the side panels are processed by the edge-bending method, which significantly enhances the strength of the enclosures. 

2. The main switch of the semi-insulated ring main switchgear is composed of FLN36-12 type load switch, FLRN36-12 type combined electrical apparatus and ZN-12 type side-mounted vacuum circuit breaker, which can form a technical solution that meets various different application scenarios and requirements. 

3. SF6 load switches and combined electrical apparatus can ensure that the annual gas leakage rate is less than 0.05%. Under normal usage conditions, the designed maintenance-free service life can last up to 30 years. 

4. The SF6 load switch and combined electrical apparatus adopt a double-breakout structure with rotating moving contacts, and have three working positions: closing, opening and grounding. The closing and grounding operations have locking functions, effectively preventing misoperation. The body of the load switch is designed with an explosion-proof membrane function. In case of an arc fault inside the gas chamber, the high-pressure gas will burst through the explosion-proof membrane and directly spray towards the rear of the cabinet, ensuring the safety of the operators on the front side. The enclosure of the semi-insulated ring network cabinet has a protection level of IP4X.
