The GCS type low-voltage switch cabinet was jointly designed by the former Ministry of Machinery and the former Ministry of Electric Power. It was developed in response to the requirements of industry authorities, a large number of power users, and design units. It is a low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet that conforms to national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can meet the needs of the power market development, and can compete with the existing imported products. 

This product is applicable to power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, substations, machinery, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. It is used as a low-voltage complete distribution device for power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 380V, and a rated current of 6300A or less. The external protection level can reach IP40. 

Structure Explanation

The main framework assembly form is designed in two types: the fully assembled structure and the partially (side frame and cross beam) welded structure, allowing users to choose. 

The various functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other. The compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms, and the functions of each functional room are relatively independent. 

The horizontal main busbar can be arranged horizontally either behind the cabinet or on top of the cabinet. This arrangement enhances the busbar's ability to resist electric forces, and is a fundamental measure for enabling the main circuit of the device to have high short-circuit strength. 

The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for the cables to enter and exit from both the top and the bottom. 

Main features

The main column frame of the product structure is made of standard steel. On both sides of the steel, there are installation holes with diameters of 9.2 and 100mm and a spacing of 20mm. The internal installation is flexible and convenient.

The drawer unit has a reliable "five-prevention" interlock device. The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit from above and below.
