Structure Explanation
The basic frame of GCK(L) is a modular assembly structure. All the structural components of the frame have undergone galvanizing and powder coating treatments. They are connected to each other through screws to form the basic frame. Then, according to the requirements, doors, baffles, drawers, installation brackets, busbars and electrical components, etc. are added to assemble a complete control center cabinet. This product's frame is made of special-shaped steel. It is positioned by angle plates and assembled by connecting with screws. The dimensions of the parts and the opening dimensions are based on the basic modulus of 25 millimeters. The main structure design is a fully assembled structure.

In the MCC scheme, the distribution cabinet is divided into five areas (rooms): the horizontal busbar area, the vertical busbar area, the functional unit area, the cable room, and the neutral grounding busbar area. These areas are isolated from each other to ensure the normal operation of the lines and effectively prevent the expansion of faults.
Since all the structures of the framework are firmly connected by screws, it avoids welding deformation and stress, and improves the accuracy.

The extraction and insertion of the functional unit (drawer) are operated by levers. The addition of rolling bearings on the guide rails makes the operation both light and reliable.
