The GGD fixed-type AC low-voltage switchgear is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial enterprises. It is used in the power distribution systems of three-phase AC at 50Hz, with a rated working voltage of 380V and a rated current up to 4000A. It is used for the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy for power, lighting, and distribution equipment. This product features high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, strong series applicability, novel structure, and high protection level.
The basic frame of GGD is assembled by partially welding 8MF cold-formed steel. Its rigidity and load-bearing capacity meet the installation requirements for electrical components. There are installation holes arranged at intervals of E=20mm and E=100mm on the frame to enhance the versatility of product assembly. The main busbar is arranged on the upper part of the cabinet, and the ZMJ type busbar clamp adopts a modular combination structure. It is thermally molded using high flame-retardant DMC material, with excellent mechanical strength and insulation performance, capable of withstanding an effective current of 50KA and a peak current of 105kA.
This switch cabinet fully complies with the national standard GB7251 and the international standard IEC61439-1.
Main features
The cabinet body of the GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts a universal cabinet form. The cabinet frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The cabinet frame parts and special matching parts are produced by a steel structure specialized manufacturing plant to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed based on the modular principle and have 20 modules of installation holes, with a high degree of commonality.
Taking into full consideration the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet, there are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on both the top and bottom of the cabinet.
According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the cabinet body shape and the division dimensions of each part are designed using the golden ratio method, making the entire cabinet look elegant and decent.
The cabinet door is connected to the frame by a rotating hinge mechanism, making installation and disassembly convenient. At the folded edges of the door, there is a U-shaped insulating rubber strip embedded. When closing the door, the rubber strip between the door and the cabinet frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and also enhance the protection level of the door.
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple soft copper wires. The mounting parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame using knurled screws. The entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings, which are used for lifting and transportation. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30. Users can choose from IP20 to IP40 according to the requirements of the environment.
