HSX(L) low-voltage fixed switchgear is a type of power and lighting distribution box that is aesthetically pleasing, has a novel design, and possesses waterproof and dustproof capabilities. Structure Explanation

The basic frame of the HSX(L) low-voltage fixed switchgear is made by partially welding 8MF cold-formed steel or by fully welding cold-rolled steel. Its rigidity and load-bearing capacity meet the installation requirements for electrical components. The surface is treated with high-pressure electrostatic spraying, and it has excellent mechanical strength and insulation performance. 

This switch cabinet fully complies with the national standard GB7251 and the international standard IEC61439-1. 

Main features

The product integrates energy collection measurement, power supply, lighting distribution and electric shock protection. 

The box body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and assembled into structural components. The surface treatment of the structural components adopts galvanization or epoxy powder spraying technology, which has strong anti-corrosion ability. The upper and lower door frames and the box body not only adopt elastic soft rubber sealing strips, but also have special structural processing, making the entire box body have reliable waterproof and dustproof characteristics, suitable for certain dusty, humid and oily environments. 

This product not only retains the advantages of the original XL series power distribution box, but also has undergone significant structural improvements. The incoming line method can be either top-in-bottom-out or bottom-in-top-out. The cables can be connected either to the cable tray or the bus duct, or they can be introduced from below. At the bottom of the box, there is an adjustable gate plate. After installation, the gate plate can be closed to prevent moisture and small animals from entering. 

The width of the box is available in two sizes: 600mm and 700mm. It can be installed independently against the wall or combined for installation, making it very convenient to use.
