During the meeting, Dang Xiaohui from the Production Department conducted a profound self-examination and reflection on the personal work-related injury incident that occurred in September last year. He candidly analyzed the causes of the incident, believing that the main factors were his weak safety awareness and insufficiently standardized operation. He also stated that he would take this as a warning and strictly abide by the safety operation procedures in his future work. At the same time, he called on all colleagues to attach importance to safety production and prevent the recurrence of similar incidents. His sincere reflection won the understanding and approval of everyone, and also enabled all participants to have a deeper understanding of the importance of safety production.
After the halftime break, the meeting moved on to a new section. Zhi Qian from the Human Resources Department read out the latest personnel appointments of the company. She made position adjustments and promotions for a group of outstanding and capable employees. The newly appointed colleagues took turns to make statements on the stage.
